Jeremy Hedges

I'm Jeremy, a user experience researcher and strategist from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania living in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I’m currently a UX Researcher at Stripe; my previous roles include Product Researcher at Shopify, User Experience Strategist at Bearded, and led the User Experience team at Chemistry.

Participating in research, strategy, design, and testing activities, planning and managing projects, guiding team members in their work, and facilitating cross-discipline collaboration with users, stakeholders, and contributors are all central in my current and past roles. Additionally, I've taught workshops with clients and at conferences, including an introduction to light-weight usability testing at Generate in NYC and Front-end Design Conference in St. Petersburg in 2017.

Outside work, I am passionate about travel, games, and music, which at times has involved (among other things): driving the Blue Ridge Parkway, D&D, enjoying German and Belgian beer, playing Magic the Gathering, making fuzzy/reverby guitar sounds, discovering weird pizza, and collecting vinyl records.
